Skewers | Hors d’oeuvre
Here is the recipe:
(You can use anything you’d like to marinate and place on a skewer. I’ve even seen a baby back rib on a skewer!)
Marinate separately for 2-3 hours in LILLIAN’S:
Shrimp
Green Olives
Jicama
Tomatoes
Mozzarella balls
Mushroom caps
Lime or lemon wedge (do not marinade)
Basil
Bake or grill shrimp til done
Place each item on skewer
Serve with Mocktail or Cocktail Bloody Mary. Or just eat as hors d'oeuvre.
