Lillian’s Story

Lillian’s Garlic Infused Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and Marinade, has been our family tradition for over 60 years, created by my grandmother Lillian in San Antonio, Texas. She was a true Texan with impeccable taste. For many years I have gifted this dressing/marinade. Several years ago someone suggested that I enter Lillian’s into a contest. Although it did not win “the contest,” this experience started an amazing journey with Lillian’s. Instead of the “mason jar” method of bottling, I obtained a real bottle, a professional label created by my childhood friend, a beginning website, and a nutrition label. For the past several years, Lillian’s has been produced in our homes’ kitchen, hand crafting one bottle at a time. Solely by word of mouth, the demand increased and we made the decision to find a co-packer to reproduce Grandmoo’s recipe. This move has enabled us to take this delicious product to the stores. Lillian’s is a sugar free, gluten free, and is a heart healthy product. It is made with NON GMO Canola oil. The shelf life is 12 months. It does not need refrigeration, but is best served cold. Each 16 ounce bottle contains over 2 tablespoons of the finest freshly pureed garlic. There are no thickeners or preservatives, therefore you must SHAKE IT SHAKE IT SHAKE IT! immediately prior to pouring.
