Sautéed Spiralized Zucchini with Shrimp
Ingredients:
Zucchini (I cook in bulk, so I typically spiralize 5-6)
Lillian’s (2 tablespoons)
Onion (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)
Shrimp marinated in Lillian’s for one hour (optional…..I have this done with with chicken and steak also) Grill/bake or sauté.
Spiralize zucchini. Add two tablespoons of Lillian’s for 5-6 zucchini. Toss (A little goes a long way). Sauté mushrooms and onions with small amount olive oil or butter. Then add zucchini to mushrooms and onions and sauté in pan til done. Drain zucchini in colander to remove liquid. I like to add Sriracha or small amount red pepper flakes for a little kick😘
I always have a side salad consisting of romaine/tomato/celery/carrots/heart of palm/avocado/jicama
