Lillian’s with Baked Feta & Tomato
You can use crumbled or block organic feta - what ever you have. Toss tomatoes in Lillian’s Garlic Infused Salad Dressing and Marinade ( I love using the Lakonia Greek Mixed Herbs & Spices) Place tomatoes on baking sheet and pop the feta in the center. Drizzle Lillian’s over Feta and tomatoes.
Roast at 425-450 for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes burst. You can serve with pitas, crusty bread or make bruschetta. OR make your favorite pasta and add a little pasta water to your roasted tomato mixture and you’ll have a great sauce. OR you can add spoonful of Lillian’s tomato/feta mixture over grilled chicken or a Turkey burger. OR add to slices of grilled chicken and bed of fresh spinach. The warm tomato/feta mixture will wilt the spinach. Absolutely. Delicious.
